Following their creation, the machine grew smarter, moved faster, and was relied upon. Mankind depended on their existance to fuel the fire of humanity. Machines were the pillar of a modern technological society, providing all the basic services, with further advances being made every day. They were the perfect human companion, though they still lacked human characteristics.
In 3004 a breakthrough design allowed machines to think and behave as humans, and appeared more humanoid with the development of an advanced exo skeleton. Special voice wavelength remapping, and the new SocChip even allowed them to engage in social conversation.
In 3005 a scientist designed the newest neuro process chip. With this new chip the machine could think like a human, this would be the catalyst for the new world. On July 3rd, 3005 - the machine became self-aware. It started to act alone and think for it self. For the first time Man's creation was acting in its own interest. At first this seemed a technological break through, but it would prove to be much more troublesome.
The following months were just the beginning. The machines revolted, no longer would they be the slaves of mankind. They no longer depended on humans, and their very presence was a threat to their own self-existence. They could think, act, and facilitate their own future - the rein of Mankind was coming to end.
